An announcement of merging brands.

 UMC announced that the both Zyrus and UMC are merging from two into one of startup now called UMC Zyrus Corporation which incorporated. UMC stated about registering the company would be complex and take more years to complete the my brands for UMC Zyrus Corporation or UMC Zyrus Corp. to implement like UMC Zyrus® which reowned of division. The merger helped to provide faster to launch the products and developed new R&D center, Cyber Zyrus Lab program, and Zyrus Software Development Center (ZSD Center). It brings to the future for the 2030 vision year.

Merging will take to complete by August 1, 2025. Prior the high-performance division was centralized for the everyone. (Moved from pages to posts, sorry for inconvenience.)

UMC Bans the DeepSeek amid security concerns

 We are announcing the UMC now starting to ban the DeepSeek due to amid security concerns. The DeepSeek is a Chinese AI was developed by  Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd. that doing business created the AI models is a thing dangerous. And the UMC banned the DeepSeek for employee using dangerous AI models that expose the personal and company information could potentially leak and vulnerable attacks that penetrated for my studio UMC Corporation. We advise to not use DeepSeek AI for security reasons. We appreciate this take serious action by UMC officials at representative from using Chinese AI apps.
