United Metrolite Central (UMC) operates through a set of specialized divisions designed to ensure stability, performance, and continuous reliability across all systems under its management. Although UMC functions as a startup structure, it is uniquely organized: one operator, one developer, and one unified workflow, all coordinated from the UMC Headquarters in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Despite being independently operated, UMC maintains enterprise-grade standards through well-defined operational divisions, each responsible for different layers of system health, service uptime, and performance.

Division Descriptions

UMC HQ (Executive Core)

  • Central command and decision-making hub

  • Oversees all system operations, maintenance advisories, and fleet governance

  • Located in Surabaya, Indonesia

  • Run under a single-operator, single-developer startup model


UMC Systems Reliability Division

Focuses on system stability, firmware behavior, diagnostic accuracy, and root-cause investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EC, BIOS, firmware anomaly detection

  • Maintenance presets and daily monitoring

  • Issuing Maintenance Advisories (e.g., Legion 5 15AKP10 EC issue)

  • System health analytics


UMC Network Service (UMCNS) and UMC Network Service Deployment Unit (UMCNSDU)

Ensures reliable internal and external connectivity across all managed systems. UMCNSDU is a deployment service, responsible for deployments and scripts for new devices per one unit

UMC Security & Reliability Division

Safeguards UMC infrastructure, device integrity, and operational reliability.

Dedicated to performance, specialized package, and innovative products such as Zyrus 5.
