Continuity of Service
UMC commits that once a digital product, software, or service is released to the public, it shall not be deliberately disabled or rendered permanently unusable without providing a reasonable alternative.
Reasonable Alternatives may include:
A patch or update that allows continued offline use.

A refund or credit if continued access cannot be provided.

In such cases, UMC will provide at least 90 days’ notice and, where possible, a means for users to preserve access to their purchased content.
User Rights
Users retain the right to access and use products they have lawfully acquired, subject to license restrictions, even if UMC ceases commercial distribution.
