 UMC announced that the both Zyrus and UMC are merging from two into one of startup now called UMC Zyrus Corporation which incorporated. The merger helped to provide faster to launch the products and developed new R&D center, Cyber Zyrus Lab program, and Zyrus Software Development Center (ZSD Center).
