Statement from UMC Blogger (Update)

This is an official statement from UMC Blogger regarding Terms of Service (TOS) actions. We do not pursue legal actions against TOS violations in forum threads. BlazeKyotoDev will not inquire about TOS legal actions concerning my website. Doctordon from the Lenovo Community stated, "I wish I could help you more. It's not anyone's fault that you didn't maintain regular backups or note down the key during installation. As it appears you're threatening legal action, we can no longer interact with you as per this site's TOS. My apologies." Henceforth, KyotoBlazeDev will not engage in post thread responses. We will NEVER inquire about the TOS of sites. See page.

Update: The Doctordon from Lenovo Community stated "I'm another user just as you are. This is a user-to-user community. I'm telling you, the key was generated by YOUR COMPUTER and placed in the Microsoft account used when your computer was first set up. There is no way Lenovo would have it as they didn't create it and it was not sent to them.

For me, as soon as I set up a new computer, one of the first things I do is copy off the key and store it in a safe place. I don't run Bitlocker, but I have five keys stored in my safe. It's a new computer routine and should be for anyone using Windows 10 Pro and above.

Lenovo doesn't have your key. Microsoft reps misinformed you.

Not what you wanted to hear, but that's the case. The remedy I gave you is the only one."
KyotoBlazeDev will never give misinformation about BitLocker for my laptop (as current of my Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6).
